Digital Local Ad

Home Depot Online had a serious problem. One of the biggest pain points from customer surveys were the large number of negative reviews they received about their digital Local Ad.

 

Discovery & Design

Launch was hired to do a discovery and creative brainstorm to improve the user experience. We pulled consumer insights and mapped those insights to implications. In addition we surveyed the competitive landscape and generated a few conceptual comps. Our research informed our full redesign of the digital local ad including annotated wireframes and Creative specs.

We really enjoyed working with the Launch team. They were incredibly flexible as our needs evolved over the course of the project.
