For At-Home Services Get-It-Installed, we were brought in to update and improve conversion of their online scheduler by reviewing their current architecture, recommending improvements, and providing creative comps to reflect a better visual experience.
We began our UX evaluation by conducting stakeholder interviews, reviewing internal business processes, and defining success metrics.
Following our UX review, we recommended a new architecture which reduced the screen from 8 screens to 3, and included only the most critical information required for successful scheduling and metrics reporting.
