Reliant upon live demos to explain the software to their prospects, Pardot wanted to offer a self-guided, interactive tour to warm up prospects who weren’t quite ready to schedule a live demo.

For the interactive tour, we engaged with Pardot in discovery which led to creation of requirements, user experience architecture represented by annotated wireframes, creative comps to illustrate the tour’s look and feel, and then development in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Results

Leads increased by 75%. 

 

The tour consists of 8 tutorials which allows users to input their own data to create and view campaigns, landing pages, and emails through the HTML email builder; score prospects; interact with the lead nurturer; assign leads to sales; utilize the Salesforce connector, and provide closed-loop reporting. Giving users the ability to input their own data and watch the product work is a key feature of the Pardot Interactive Tour, and along with the inclusion of Hot Spots and Did You Know? interactions, increases engagement with the tour.
