Once again, our UX and Creative team dove into the task of understanding the flow of prospects through Pardot's sales life cycle. We began with stakeholder exercises leading to a consumer journey flow. We identified key areas for re-organizing the existing way-finding and site map before moving on to detailed wireframes and distinctive Salesforce-branded visual design comps. Our final deliverable was a visual design spec, which along with our wires, provided a fully documented plan for Pardot's 3rd party development vendor to follow.
